Surf in Wyoming. Wy Not?

July 10-12, AWM and Body Glove chartered a trip to Jackson Hole to surf the famous Lunch Counter Rapid.  An unusually high CFS in the river allowed for such a late hit on the famous wave.  The river has a lot of power, and a mistake punching the eddy line can land a rider a 1/4 mile downriver.  Eli Mack, Alex Gray, Scott Daley, and Scott Smith put on a clinic at Lunch Counter.  I got really good at hiking treacherous riverbanks with booties on and a surfboard.
